Service Requests
Please contact your Administrative Assistant to request a login and password for Building Engines. Building Engines is a web-based system, which we use as a device for the tenants to report any problems they may have with the building. Any requests, which are stated below can be entered into an open ticket and then sent directly to the designated department.
All requests for repairs and services should be requested in Building Engines. Examples of services that should be entered: replacement lights, broken locks, waste bins, cleaning, hot and cold calls, leaks, power failures, etc., should be directed to Building Engines. Building personnel are also qualified to provide additional above standard services such as painting, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical needs. Please contact Property Management if you feel your request has not been fulfilled in a timely or satisfactory manner.
